Memberships
Membership benefits, pricing, and offerings are subject to change at the discretion of Global Golf Society.
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and complying with community standards.
Event Participation
Participation in GGS events is voluntary.
Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in golf activities, wellness activities, travel experiences, networking events, and related activities.
Participants agree to follow all venue rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by event staff and partners.
GGS reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation for conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to the experience of others.
Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of registration, membership enrollment, or purchase.
By submitting payment, you authorize GGS and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Global Golf Society Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.
Photography and Media
By attending a GGS event, you grant Global Golf Society permission to photograph, record, and use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in promotional materials, social media content, marketing campaigns, event recaps, and other business purposes without compensation.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, event concepts, and materials are the property of Global Golf Society, LLC unless otherwise noted.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Travel Experiences
Travel experiences offered through or promoted by GGS may involve third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, resorts, transportation companies, golf facilities, and tour operators.
GGS is not responsible for the actions, omissions, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers.
Participants are responsible for reviewing supplier terms and obtaining appropriate travel insurance.
