Refund Policy

Global Golf Society, LLC ("GGS") is committed to providing exceptional events, experiences, memberships, clinics, and travel opportunities. Due to the planning, staffing, venue commitments, and materials required for our events and programs, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
Event Registrations
All event registrations are final.
Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Global Golf Society.
If a registered attendee is unable to attend an event, they may transfer their ticket to another individual by notifying GGS in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event.
No refunds will be issued for:

No-shows
-
Late arrivals
-
Early departures
-
Scheduling conflicts
-
Personal emergencies
-
Weather conditions when the event proceeds as scheduled
Memberships
Global Golf Society memberships are billed on a recurring basis.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Members may cancel future renewals at any time through their member account. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for any current or previous membership charges.
Membership benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period.
Golf Clinics & Educational Programs
Registrations for clinics, workshops, coaching programs, and educational experiences are non-refundable.
If a participant is unable to attend, GGS may, at its sole discretion, allow a transfer to a future program if space is available.
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
Travel Experiences
All travel experiences are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, golf facilities, and transportation providers.
Refund eligibility, if any, is determined by the supplier's terms and conditions.
Global Golf Society is not responsible for supplier-imposed cancellation fees, penalties, or non-refundable charges.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Event Cancellation by Global Golf Society
If GGS cancels an event, participants may receive either:

A full refund, or
-
A credit toward a future GGS event
The choice of refund or credit will be determined by GGS based on the circumstances of the cancellation.
Chargebacks
By purchasing a membership, event ticket, clinic registration, or travel experience, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase that complies with this policy may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges and future participation in GGS events.
